The research projects “Preventing discrimination and persecution. Models of inclusion of religious minorities in the Euro-mediterranean space” (ReMinEm) and “Inclusion of religious minorities and development of multicultural dialogue for the growth of democracy. The potentialities of the Italian model in the Mediterranean area” (MiReDiaDe) compare different models of protecting and promoting religious minorities (RMs) in Europe and the southern shore of the Mediterranean Sea.
The projects have been realized with the support of the Unit for Analysis, Policy Planning, Statistics and Historical Documentation - Directorate General for Public and Cultural Diplomacy of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in accordance with Article 23 ‒ bis of the Decree of the President of the Italian Republic 18/1967. We are grateful for the generous contribution that enabled the research to be carried out.
